A consultant's role is to provide expert consultancy services in relation to the Australian Quality Training Framework's course accreditation/developer guidelines. Consultants may offer a range of services including providing assistance with the development of accredited courses.

Dennis Chiron has been a consultant to industry and business for over 25 years and has established a wide clientele base both nationally and internationally. As a Training Recognition consultant he helps organisations become registered training organisations in Australia. Dennis is involved in the internal auditing of these RTOs for compliance against the Australian Quality Training Framework.
Dennis has worked in Senior Executive positions and as an RTO consultant in diverse industries in Australia and Internationally, including vocational and higher education, health care, diploma, certificate and vocational programs in business, general management, change management, human resource, marketing, and non-profit organisations.
Dennis Chiron is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Consultant and advisor in Australia and internationally. He has assisted numerous Australian RTOs in government registration, preparation and set up of RTOs, AQTF audit compliance, curriculum development, CRICOS application, extension to scope for training packages, mapping learning and assessment materials, developing training and assessment materials, business development and set up RTO collaboration ventures for domestic and international RTOs.
Dennis has been providing assistance and planning support to community based organisations enabling them to prepare and present future directions for their organisation. He has also worked with the indigenous community identifying training opportunities and professional development for their organisations. He is also a consultant to the both State and Federal Government, and has recently completed a Tourism Feasibility Study and Training Development proposal for the Queensland State Government in Cairns.
With his background in management and community sector training Dennis is also delivering training to selected target audiences within the community sector.
Dennis is a Certified Management Consultant; a Certified Marketing Professional; Certified International Business Coach; and a Fellow of the Australian Sales Institute. He is a Member of the Australian Marketing Institute and a Member of the Australian Institute of Management

Alana Segnit has an extensive background in all facets of training and has managed an international college operations of four departments with 30 staff full time and casuals. She has extensive knowledge of the AQTF and has assisted many organisations establish as RTO’s, and also has sound knowledge of CRICOS and TESOL.
She was recently the lead consultant in the establishment and RTO registration for the Australian Institute of Training & Education Pty Ltd (AITE), which specialises in providing professional training qualifications for teachers and trainers in Australia and overseas.

Geoff Butler AFAIM MAITD AP MACE Geoff has a broad range of experience in both the public and private sector in system development, management and performance improvement.
During his service career he designed, developed and implemented computer systems for the RAAF administrative environment to improve the efficiency and reporting ability with regard to pay and allowances, personnel records, welfare finances and funding allocation. Following this he moved into training and development, and ultimately business advisory services, which has become his passion ever since.
Since leaving the Air Force, Geoff has held various senior management roles within the training and employment sectors, and has been involved on various consultative committees and working parties with both State and Federal Government departments to raise the profile and quality of vocational education and training in Australia.
Throughout his career, Geoff has had a passion and capability for developing people and systems to maximize business performance. His career achievements attest to his ability in analyzing issues at all levels, focusing on developing human resource capabilities, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. Geoff is an experienced training and development and system design professional, and is included on the Queensland Department of Employment and Training's List of Pre-Qualified AQTF Consultants.

ROBERT LAW (B.A, M.C.S.D) The Director of Queensland Internet Software Solutions, Robert has obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, studied I.T. at post-graduate level and is a certified Microsoft Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Developer (MCSD) which means he is professionally qualified to develop software in a Microsoft environment. His core skills are in Microsoft development, particularly those technologies pertaining to the Internet and to relational databases. Robert has also completed a diploma in business management.
Robert has worked in the I.T industry for over a decade and has spent the last 5 years working on many high-profile projects as an I.T contractor in England, Belgium, New Zealand and Australia.

Lynn Cook is the Managing Director of Personalised Business Coaching and Solutions, and has over thirty years experience managing corporate businesses for both the Coles Myer Corporation as well as Woolworths Ltd.
Lynn has also during this time been able to obtain a number of degrees at tertiary level.
Lynn' s qualifications are:

- Masters of Business Administration with a major in Occupational Health and Safety, pass at distinction level.

John Other-Gee John's experience spans a very wide range of industry sectors and organizational forms. Industry experience includes manufacturing, engineering, natural resources, fast moving consumer goods, health care, Local and State Government and personal services. John has worked in organisations from large to small, public, private and co-operative.
John' s particular capabilities that he brings to the workplace are a unique combination of academic qualifications, extensive practical experience and interpersonal skills.
His practical experience in organisational development and change is considerable and includes:
- The development of several "climate survey" instruments;
- The design and implementation of processes to diagnose/understand the prevailing organisational culture;
- "Hands on" implementation of workplace change and improvement programs;
- The design and delivery of training and development initiatives;
- Facilitation of workshops and conferences.

Andrew Smart (RN, BN, Grad Dip Educ, DipTAS, MRCNA) is a registered nurse who has over 10 years experience in the field of vocational education. Now based in NSW (Newcastle), Andrew has worked in the Northern Territory (6 yrs) as well as Queensland (4 yrs). During this time he has practiced extensively in the Health and Community Services industries, with direct involvement in the review as well as implementation of respective training packages and incorporated qualifications.
Andrew holds a degree in Nursing, Graduate Diploma in Education (Adult/Vocational), Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems and is a Member of the Royal College of Nursing, Australia. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development.
Aside from his unique blend of health and vocational education experience, Andrew now also focuses on working with registered training organisations in a much broader sense, especially in the areas of AQTF compliance and additions/variations to scope of registration. In the last 4 years Andrew has also practiced extensively in the area of Instructional Design as a technical writer.
Tracey Flitcroft
Tracey Flitcroft has 20 years experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Employment fields with both State and Commonwealth government and most recently managing business operations for an established private RTO. She has extensive knowledge of the AQTF Essential Standards and recent experience in facilitating an RTO's registration for CRICOS and administration of CRICOS students here in Queensland. A special interest in Tracey' most recent role has been in developing the RTO's website in preparation for E-Learning and facilitating a flexible learning Certificate IV program.
Tracey has managed User Choice, VET in Schools, and Skilling Queenslanders for Work government funded program contracts with private and public sector RTOs, Independent and Government school sectors and Community Based Organisations. She has personally supervised and mentored trainees in Business and Government traineeships and participated on the School Based Trainees Advisory Committee demonstrating a passion for vocational education and training and development.

Duncan Campbell
Learning and Development is Duncan’s passion. He has been involved in the Training Environment for over 25years. His career commenced in a large Government Organisation.
This career spanned many organisational restructures and saw Duncan involved as a lead organisational change agent in many roles.
Duncan moved from the Government into owning and operating his own businesses. This time enabled him to continue to work with his passion to develop his own staff. The time also enabled him to gain valuable skills to support other SME’s when delivering training to their staff.
Duncan moved into a role as Training Manager of an RTO. Whilst in the role he successfully took the RTO through a re-registration audit and several extensions to scope. During this time he also developed the necessary compliance material to obtain registration of another RTO.
Duncan again moved back into operating his own business. He now consults to other SME’s and larger Government and Private sector organisations regarding HR, Business and Learning & Development solutions. He specialises in tailoring training solutions to meet clients’ business needs.
Recently Duncan has been consulting to International clients. Duncan spent a considerable amount of time offshore, analysing client needs and developing and implementing Training Management systems and learning materials to support implementation of a competency based training model in the clients’ workplace.
Duncan is becoming recognised in the learning & development field and has many skills to assist others in a range of HR, Business and Learning & Development solutions.
